A stunning U-shaped pool, with views to the West, is surrounded by a lunch pavilion, a gym and a games room with a sundowner bar. The pool area has a further indoor and outdoor dining areas. The pool house, gym and games room overlook Borana Conservancy with uninterrupted sunset views, complete with a changing room and an outdoor shower. A regulation pétanque pitch is found between the pool and Goshawk, surrounded by candelabra trees.

Goshawk is sunken into the hillside, providing complete privacy, away from the main house. With an open fireplace, private veranda, large double bed and ensuite bathroom complete with rain shower and roll top copper bath. Goshawk is perfect for a couple who may wish to be slightly more private when travelling in a larger group.

Fish Eagle is the master bedroom in its own stand alone cottage and closest to the main house. A large and characterful double room complete with its own sitting room, open fireplace, en-suite bathroom with rain shower and freestanding copper bathtub as well as floor to ceiling windows leading out onto a sweeping terrace, perfect for couples.

The studio boasts floor to ceiling windows and spectacular views of the hills and valleys below. This is a peaceful location for morning sun salutations or sketching and painting when inspiration strikes for the artists among you.

Lengishu is built with locally sourced natural materials and designed to blend beautifully into it’s surroundings. Expertly crafted by local artisans, the house features beautiful exposed Kenyan timber work while stone for the floors and intricate design features were excavated from the site itself. The interiors are tastefully decorated in neutral tones with splashes of red in a nod to the owner’s Scottish heritage and that of their neighbours; the Maasai community. The main house is central to the design with a large entrance hall leading to a study and dining room with two inviting fireplaces and an impressive vaulted ceiling. A covered veranda with a pizza oven is a delightful hub for freshly baked pizzas or al fresco breakfasts.

Lower Cottage has two double bedrooms leading off from a shared sitting room. It is the furthest down the hill, offering privacy and unobstructed views of the valley below.

Upper Cottage has two double bedrooms leading from a shared sitting room. As it is close to the main house it is perfect for those travelling with children and teenagers.
