Terms & Conditions

By creating a booking at Lengishu House you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.

New Bookings

Please send an email to reservations@lengishu.com. Your booking will be held provisionally for 5 working days. Expiry date of the booking will be noted on the reservations summary. Provisional bookings are required to be confrmedbefore the expiry date or it will automatically expire. Expiry dates may be extended on request.
A booking will only be con”rmed on receipt of a deposit and of the following information:
• Date, time and method of guests arrival and departure.
• Number of people traveling and room requirements.
• Names and ages of all guests traveling.
• Special dietary requirements or requests.
• Proof of residency if request Kenyan resident rates.
A 20% non-refundable deposit (of the total cost inclusive cost) is required to con”rm the booking. If for any Covid related
reason you are unable to travel, you can postpone your dates for up to 12 months.
!e remaining 80 % balance is due 45 days prior to the arrival date.

Postponements due to government imposed COVID-19 travel restrictions

For con”rmed bookings, guests can amend their travel dates up to 30 days before the date of arrival if governmentimposed COVID-19 travel restrictions affects travel. All deposits will be retained and carried forward to the reschedule travel dates. Any increases in cost for $ights, transfers and accommodation will be communicated in advance and
included in the finalnal invoice.
All postponements must be used within 12 months of the original travel date. If a%er the 12-month postponement period
you wish to cancel, the following terms and conditions apply:
• Exceeding than 120 days prior to arrival, 20% deposit and bank charges are forfeited.
• Between 120 days and 45 days prior to arrival, 50% of the full value is forfeited.
• Between 45 and 30 days prior to arrival, 75% of the full value is forfeited.
• Less than 30 days and no-shows, 100% of the full value is forfeited.

Covid Testing

All guests are required to have adequate travel insurance. If guests test positive a%er the ‘Fit to Fly’ Covid test the Lengishu House stay can not be postponed and this will be treated as  a last minute cancellation with 100% of the value of the stayforfeited.

Taxes

All costs inclusive of VAT and taxes.

Cancellation Policy

Insurance

All guests who visit Lengishu House are required to have fully comprehensive travel and medical insurance to cover cancellation, medical expenses, personal baggage and money. In the event of increase in taxes, training levy, servicescharges, Lengishu House reserves the right to adjust all contract rates accordingly from the date of such change, without prior notice. Please also note that all transport costs quoted in these pages are to be used as guidelines and must be checked before final quotation. Transport costs are quoted from a third party and are subject change ahead ofconfirmation without prior notice.
